Pay Dispute 2021
On this page you will find the latest updates and downloadable/printable resources relating the 2021 Forth Ports Pay Dispute.

Update on Pay 2021
(For full update see the downloadable/printable flyer on the right of this page.)

Your Reps and Officers at ALL Forth Ports  have now concluded (or have nearly concluded) the internal dispute resolution procedure on the 2021 pay round.

The employer’s position at all ports is clear. There will be no pay rise for 2021.

In an effort to move the discussion on, Forth Ports have now invited Unite to submit a pay claim for 2022, with an invite to commence talks in November.

While of course the union will engage on discussions around pay for 2022, we cannot  accept that there will be no wage rise for 2021.

Time to get ballot ready
Now is the time to come together under the banner: From the Tay to the Thames. One employer, one pay claim.

Now is the time to steel yourself and do what it takes to win a fair share of the profits you have made through your labour.

There can be no bystanders. Power at work comes from high union membership density and high participation in union activities.

Any change to your job, address or other contact details? It is vital that the union holds up to date and accurate basic contact and job info ahead of a Formal Industrial Action Ballot.
